PLACING AN ORDER:

• Click on the cart, fill in your personal details, and choose a suitable delivery and payment method
• Submit your order and proceed to payment.

SHIPPING:

• We send packages via Itella Smart, Omniva, DPD, Venipak, and UNISEND.
• Delivery time for regular products is 1–3 business days.
• Personalized products and bulk-order items have a production time of 2–4 business days, plus a delivery time of 1–3 business days.
• FREE domestic shipping within Estonia for orders over €50
• You can also pick up your order in person at Teguri 37, Tartu (Teguri Ärimaja, 4th floor); after placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a time.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• Goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, except for personalized products (e.g. engraved items) and products discounted by more than 50%

• Returned goods must be in their original packaging; returns are not accepted if the product has been used or damaged by the customer. 

• To return goods, please fill out the return form https://forms.gle/yp1zBjij5EvSh6PNA, after which the online store will contact you.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the ordered product arrived incorrect or defective.

• The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the return request, or provide proof that the package has been sent. 

• After receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund the customer within 14 days.
